Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive therapeutic interventions to individuals and families experiencing crises through telehealth sessions.

• Serve as a team leader within our dispatched mobile support team, offering clinical guidance and mentorship to fellow clinicians.

• Conduct thorough assessments to develop clinical insights that inform tailored therapeutic treatment plans.

• Make informed referrals for case management, aftercare services, or specialized placements based on client needs.

• Stay actively informed about community resources and support systems to enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will include working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families grappling with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts. You will be instrumental in providing crisis intervention and ongoing therapy to clients of all ages, adapting your approach to meet their specific needs and challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Professional Counselor (LPC) is required.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience within the mental health field.
