We are open Monday through Saturday, providing a range of hours tailored to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Clinical Mental Health Counselor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and target populations, and developing personalized treatment plans based on identified needs.

• Providing graduate-level clinical social work interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based treatment modalities, to support clients in achieving their goals.

• Regular communication with team members regarding assessment findings, treatment plans, and progress through meetings such as patient rounds for a holistic approach to care.

• Demonstrating proficiency in providing comprehensive care addressing physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs across diverse age groups.

• Managing assigned cases, which involves coordinating with hospital and community professionals to create a comprehensive support network for clients.

• Completing documentation in an ethical, timely manner in accordance with departmental expectations, ensuring accessibility of information for ongoing care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on various patient demographics, primarily within school settings. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:
