Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health diagnostic evaluations and crisis assessments to determine patients' needs effectively.

• Utilize standardized cognitive, behavioral, and mental health assessment tools to ensure a thorough understanding of each patient's situation.

• Deliver ongoing psychotherapy in both individual and group settings, facilitating a safe space for patients and their families.
\n
• Provide necessary resources and support to patients, family members, and caregivers, enhancing their ability to cope with challenges.

• Determine the type and duration of services needed based on evaluating client needs and preferences.
\n
• Conduct tele-health sessions, offering virtual and telephone support services that cater to the unique circumstances of our clientele.

• Engage in care coordination, collaborating effectively with primary care providers, specialists, and home health aides.
\n
• Manage cases with detailed attention, ensuring that patients and their caregivers receive comprehensive support throughout their journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adults facing a variety of behavioral health issues within our detox center framework. You will work closely with individuals who are often navigating significant life transitions and challenges, offering them not only therapeutic interventions but also emotional support tailored to their unique experiences and needs.

Qualifications\n

• A valid, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is required.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
