Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual, comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate students' strengths and needs, ensuring a holistic understanding of their mental health challenges.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each student's needs, selecting tools and strategies to promote their mental well-being.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions that focus on building coping skills, emotional regulation, and resilience among students.

• Collaborate with educators, school administrators, and parents to create a support network that enhances student wellness and academic performance.

• Advocate for students’ access to community resources, additional support services, and accommodations to foster a conducive learning environment.

• Accurately document client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in electronic health records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities to enhance your clinical skills and share best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, and trauma-related challenges. You will work closely with parents, teachers, and community resources to ensure that each child has the necessary support for both their emotional health and academic success.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• At least two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, particularly within a school or educational setting.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans focused on student needs.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse population of students, families, and educators.

• A commitment to ethical practice, cultural competence, and ongoing professional development.

Preferred Experience\n
