Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, personal strengths, and available resources.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, complete with specific, measurable goals and therapeutic interventions.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy, to provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Facilitate supportive group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and recovery support groups tailored to the needs of our clientele.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to discuss treatment strategies and medication management as required.

• Engage in crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans for clients facing acute challenges.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client progress, adhering to ethical and legal standards for mental health practice.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills and stay updated with best practices in treatment.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, reflective of your experience and skillset, plus a potential sign-on bonus.
