Port Washington, NY | Base salary $100,000 - $150,000 + Bonus Potential

We are a nationally recognized personal injury law firm seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing Port Washington office. This is an opportunity to work alongside highly accomplished trial lawyers on significant injury matters while gaining hands-on litigation experience and professional development in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

What We're Looking For

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admitted and in good standing with the New York Bar
• At least 1 year of plaintiff personal injury experience
• Strong legal writing and advocacy skills
• Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Trial preparation experience is a plus

What You'll Do

• Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery demands, and responses
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Attend court appearances, conferences, and hearings
• Communicate directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
• Assist with case strategy, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation
• Work closely with experienced litigators on significant injury matters
