Purchasing AssistantAre you a detail-oriented individual with a knack for negotiation and organization? We are seeking a Purchasing Assistant to be a key player in our procurement team! In this dynamic role, you will support the purchasing process, ensuring that our inventory meets the needs of our business while maximizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Your contributions will be vital in helping us maintain strong supplier relationships and streamline our purchasing operations.Required SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and negotiation abilitiesDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environmentBilingual: English/SpanishNice to Have SkillsFamiliarity with procurement software or ERP systemsBasic knowledge of supply chain management principlesPrevious experience in a purchasing or inventory rolePreferred Education and ExperienceAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field1-3 years of relevant experience in purchasing or administrative supportOther RequirementsAbility to adapt and respond to changing prioritiesMay require occasional travel for supplier visits or trade showsIf you're ready to make an impact and grow your career in the purchasing field, we want to hear from you!
