Document Control Specialist

Document Control Specialist

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintains document control systems and procedures.
  • Ensures proper filing, storage, and retrieval of documents.
  • Reviews documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Tracks document revisions and maintains version control.
  • Supports compliance with records management requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

  • Knowledge of document control processes
  • Ability to manage version control and document tracking
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work with databases and document systems
  • Communication skills

Minimum/General Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of related experience

Minimum Education:

  • High School diploma (or equivalent)
