Accounting Manager/Assistant Controller - SaaS

DescriptionKforce's client, a hypergrowth Artificial Intelligence/SaaS startup headquartered in Manhattan (Midtown East - New York, NY), is seeking its first Accounting Manager/Assistant Controller as it builds out its accounting team. Duties will include: * Month end close * Journal entries * Account analysis * Account reconciliation * Schedules * Financial statement prep * Process improvement * Support auditRequirements* Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Advanced degree a plus * CPA * Public accounting experience * Big 4 experience a plus * SaaS or Artificial Intelligence industry experience a plus * Startup and scaling experience a plus * NetSuite experience a plus * ERP conversion experience a plusJob TypeDirect HireCompensation150000 - $200000
