This position allows you to work entirely remotely, providing flexibility while still being part of a supportive team culture. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, enabling a balanced work-life dynamic. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health, considering various psychosocial factors that may affect their well-being.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations, aligning with best practices and organizational goals.

• Engage with clients through telehealth sessions, providing therapeutic support and interventions that promote recovery and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist in the state of California is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
