Housing Stability Case Manager
The People Concern
The People Concern seeks a Case Manager in Los Angeles to support clients experiencing homelessness through harm-reduction, housing-first principles, and trauma-informed care. You will manage a caseload within Permanent Housing and work onsite under the Program Manager. This role coordinates services, assists with benefits, transportation, and housing placement, maintains accurate documentation, and collaborates with DMH/DHS, property managers, and community providers to sustain housing #J-18808-Ljbffr The People Concern
