Housing Stability Case Manager

Special Service For Groups

Special Service for Groups in Los Angeles is seeking a Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) Case Manager to provide intensive case management and supportive services for individuals experiencing homelessness. The role requires collaboration with community partners to help clients maintain permanent housing. Minimum qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in Social Services, case management experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
