Housing Stability Case Manager
The People Concern
The People Concern in Los Angeles is seeking a Case Manager to support clients' housing stability through harm reduction, housing first, and trauma-informed care. The Case Manager partners with clients who are homeless to assess barriers to housing placement and to implement interventions that promote retention and independence. This onsite role requires coordination with LA County DMH and DHS, a valid CA driver’s license, and the ability to transport clients as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr The People Concern
