We are currently growing our CT/RI team and seeking an MEP-focused Superintendent to join Dimeo Construction Company . The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects with a strong emphasis on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing coordination, while leading site teams to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Your Mission  

As an MEP-focused Superintendent, you’ll lead integrated planning, field coordination, and building systems execution from preconstruction through turnover. You’ll drive safety, schedule, budget, quality, startup, commissioning, and coordination across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, in-house professionals, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver best-in-class results for our CT/RI projects.

Your Role  

1. Leadership & Coordination: 
Lead field supervision and coordination to achieve project goals, engaging and managing in-house professionals for continuous improvement.  

2. Business Development & Relationships: 
Support project pursuits, RFP responses, and foster strong client and architect/engineer relationships to drive business success.  

3. Operational Excellence: 
Guide, expedite, and administer systems management to maintain budget, safety, schedule, and quality, while resolving major project issues and coordinating with all stakeholders.  

4. Strategic Project Delivery: 
Drive project communications, meetings, risk identification, and strategic planning; execute systems startup, testing, inspections, commissioning, and training to exceed client expectations.  

5. Talent Development: 
Mentor and develop project team members, fostering growth and technical excellence within the team.

·         Experience in field supervision, coordination, and project management with strong MEP systems knowledge; applicable construction supervisor licensing preferred based on project location.
