This 6-month co-op program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer relations, content creation, data analysis, and corporate communications within a dynamic consumer packaged goods environment. The Co-op will contribute to projects that directly impact both internal stakeholders and external consumers.This position is part of our 6-month Co-op Program, running from January 4, 2027 through June 25, 2027. The role follows a hybrid work model, with team members expected to work three days per week from our Boston Seaport Corporate Office and the remaining days remotely.Key ResponsibilitiesConsumer Relations & Customer EngagementRespond to consumer ("drinker") inquiries and contacts, delivering exceptional customer service experiences.Coordinate and fulfill goodwill shipments for consumers as appropriate.Analyze consumer feedback and contact trends to identify actionable insights for Brand and Quality teams.Communications & Content DevelopmentCreate content for corporate brand social media and communication channels.Support internal communication initiatives through the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of BrewHub content.Assist with repurposing communications and messaging for various internal and external audiences.Analytics & ReportingTrack and report consumer insights and engagement trends.Support cross-functional reporting efforts by providing data-driven observations and recommendations.Collaborate with teams across the business to communicate key findings and support decision-making.QualificationsRequired QualificationsCurrently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Journalism, or a related field.Must continue to be enrolled in school after the completion of their co-op.Must be 21 years of age or older. Strong customer service skills and a passion for creating positive consumer experiences.Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.Effective time management and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable working independently and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Preferred QualificationsExperience using CRM platforms or other customer relationship management systems.Exposure to Power BI or other data visualization and reporting tools.Social media content creation or community management experience.What You'll GainHands-on experience delivering exceptional customer service while learning the unique tone and voice of multiple consumer brands.Exposure to data analysis and reporting, including translating consumer feedback into actionable business insights using tools such as Power BI.Experience creating and distributing internal communications across a large organization.Opportunities to develop content and copywriting skills for corporate and social media channels.Exposure to public relations communications, including adapting and repurposing press releases for different audiences.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting insights that directly influence business decisions.Mentorship and professional development support from experienced communications and consumer relations professionals.The opportunity to contribute to a growing function that plays an integral role in both internal communications and external consumer engagement.
