Senior Brand Manager

Leading brand strategy and content programs, the full-time Senior Brand Manager will manage brand positioning, oversee agency partnerships, and ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Own brand management, including brand positioning, voice, tone, and visual identity across all channels Lead agency collaboration for brand alignment and content management, developing a publishing calendar that supports marketing initiatives Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs, integrating insights into brand and content strategies Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field; equivalent professional experience considered 7+ years of experience in brand marketing or content marketing with direct ownership of brand and content programs Proven track record managing creative teams with measurable impact on brand health and demand generation Experience leading reputation management strategies in regulated or scrutinized categories Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in content performance measurement tools
