Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their mental health status, histories, and specific needs.

• Design individualized therapy treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and address the unique challenges each client faces.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, whether through individual or group modalities, providing clients with effective coping strategies and support mechanisms.

• Monitor clients' progress towards treatment goals, adapting approaches as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide referrals to other health care providers, such as psychiatrists or community support services, as appropriate.

• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records (EHR) in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and timely.

At Freedom Trail Counseling Center, you will work with a varied clientele, including individuals struggling with substance abuse issues, depression, anxiety disorders, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid license in the state as either an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.
\n
• Minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.
\n
• Proficient understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with a broad array of evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proven capability in delivering both individual and group therapy, with a particular emphasis on intercultural sensitivity and inclusion.

• Strong crisis intervention skills coupled with the calm demeanor necessary to manage challenging situations effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to build trusting relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
