Senior Accounting Manager

As a full-time Senior Platform Manager, Accounting, the successful candidate will oversee the finance accounting platform, driving its evolution to support Airbnb's product offerings while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Define and manage the long-term roadmap for the finance accounting platform, ensuring scalability for new products and business models Lead the end-to-end process for integrating new products into the accounting platform, from impact assessment to production normalization Enhance financial data accuracy and reliability by refining data pipeline monitoring controls and automating operational workflows Required qualifications 6+ years of experience in platform management, product management, or technical program management with a finance and accounting focus Expertise in accounting principles, including ASC 606 revenue recognition and end-to-end accounting workflows Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets, including data processing and troubleshooting Familiarity with Oracle FAH, General Ledger, or equivalent ERP platforms Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
