Founding Account Executive — AI Marketing Closer

CharacterQuilt is hiring two founding sales hires to close deals with CMOs and VPs of Marketing. This is not an SDR role; you will own the full cycle from discovery to close, leveraging a strong marketing engine to generate pipeline. You'll work with the founders and aim to close high-value pilots and convert them into annual ARR. You will be remote with occasional in-person visits in SF, travel 20-40% to meet prospects, and you’ll earn a base of $150–$250K plus 15% of first-year ARR, uncapped, #J-18808-Ljbffr CharacterQuilt
