This position offers a remote work setting, allowing you the flexibility to deliver care from the comfort of your home while remaining deeply connected to your clients and team. Although this role is remote, you will be an integral part of our collaborative environment, participating in regular virtual team meetings and case discussions that enhance care coordination and team cohesion.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for both adult and child clients, determining their specific needs and mental health diagnoses using the DSM-V framework.

• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals, interventions, and expected outcomes, ensuring all plans align with best practices and regulatory requirements.
\n
• Facilitate psychotherapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing a range of therapeutic modalities to address diverse psychological challenges.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, including intake summaries, progress notes, and treatment plans, in accordance with state and NCQA regulations.
\n
• Coordinate with medical professionals to evaluate and monitor the need for psychotropic medications, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.
\n
• Participate in weekly staff conferences to collaboratively discuss treatment plans, share insights, and engage in continuous learning and improvement of treatment strategies.

• Provide guidance and supervision to Post Masters Fellows and associate-level clinicians, fostering their professional development and enhancing their clinical skills.
\n
• Act as a resource for patients and their families, providing education on treatment options and strategies that support adherence to therapeutic interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families affected by acute and chronic mental health conditions. Our clients often present with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and various mood disorders. You will be instrumental in helping clients navigate their challenges, empowering them to achieve better mental health and emotional resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or Counseling from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• National Provider Identifier (NPI) must be obtained prior to hire.

Preferred Experience\n

• Proven experience in diagnosing and treating a broad spectrum of mental health disorders, with a deep understanding of varied therapeutic approaches.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and patient management is highly desirable.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport with clients and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.

• Experience in community mental health settings is a plus, as it enhances understanding of the resources available to clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 122,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
