Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients, emphasizing pre-crisis and crisis planning.

• Complete all required documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring timely submission and quality assurance.

• Utilize a range of evidence-based screening tools as determined by the clinical team to inform treatment strategies.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create positive behavior support plans that cater to individual client needs.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals dealing with emotional health challenges, substance use issues, developmental disabilities, and brain injuries.
