Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client evaluations to assess individual and family needs, crafting tailored treatment plans based on established therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions employing research-backed techniques and methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

• Provide specialized therapy for clients experiencing PTSD, supporting them through evidence-based treatments designed to promote healing and recovery.

• Manage case documentation meticulously, adhering to ICD-9 guidelines, ensuring accurate record-keeping to support client care and facilitate ongoing treatment.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to continuously improve therapeutic strategies, sharing insights and evidence to enhance overall treatment effectiveness.

• Offer family counseling that fosters understanding and communication, helping families develop healthier, more positive relationships.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
