Spott is a YC-backed AI startup with its office in Leuven, Belgium and is currently expanding into the US. We are on a mission to transform the recruitment industry. Together, we're building the first AI-native recruitment platform (ATS & CRM) that empowers professional recruiters to close more placements and help everyone find the right job more easily.
Recruitment is an $700B+ industry still running on outdated methods. The biggest players are slow to innovate. Spott isn't a tool that will be added to legacy software, it is a full reset. We are the core operating software. AI-native, fast, scalable, and personal.
What We're Looking For
3-10 years of sales or business development in SaaS or Recruitment.
Strong network or background in recruitment (tech).
High energy, self-motivation, and a relentless drive to win.
Strong ownership with a track record of exceeding quota and maintaining high close rates.
What You'll Do
Own the full US sales motion, generating pipeline and closing deals across remote and in-person channels.
Represent Spott at US events, hosting meetings, webinars, and live sales conversations.
Work closely with a founder to refine sales process, tooling, and operating cadence to improve efficiency and execution.
Gather US customer feedback and work with the product team to improve the product.
