Digital Marketing Associate

Role Description

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
• Develop digital strategies aligned with client goals and objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign development.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling digital content, including ad copy, images, and videos.
• Use analytics tools to measure campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients and internal teams.
• Identify opportunities for optimization and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a digital marketing role, with a track record of successful campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and display advertising.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Analytical mindset and experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative solutions to marketing challenges.
• Prior experience in a marketing agency will be an added advantage.

Requirements

• Experience on SEO, Google and Facebook Ads is compulsory.
• Willing to communicate with leads and prospects is a big advantage.
• Knowing design tools such as Photoshop and After Effects is an advantage.
