Qualifications:

• Current, active North Carolina SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous experience delivering speech-language services in a school setting
• Proficiency in ECATS documentation and reporting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to engage students and collaborate with educators and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
• Conduct evaluations, create individualized education plans (IEPs), and document progress
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and support staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within ECATS
• Support the development of communication skills for students across varying need levels
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success plans
