Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold an active North Carolina Occupational Therapy license
• Experience delivering occupational therapy services in a school setting
• Knowledge and hands-on familiarity with ECATS documentation system
• Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Ability to adapt therapeutic strategies to meet diverse student needs
• Capable of working full-time (37.5 hours per week) for the school year assignment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver school-based occupational therapy interventions to students per IEPs and district guidelines
• Conduct evaluations, develop and implement individualized goals, and monitor student progress
• Maintain timely documentation in ECATS and participate in IEP meetings as required
• Educate and provide consultative services to teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Engage in ongoing professional development and uphold best practices in pediatric OT
