Develop and implement territory business plans and manages sales time and resources according to plan, adjusting as necessary in order to satisfactorily complete the plan and meet established goals. Co-Lead the development and implementation of regional and program specific sales plans in conjunction with the ED and Sales Leadership Assist with the recruitment, hiring, training and evaluation of Community Education Representatives Assist in the growth and development of others CERs sharing knowledge, experience, and wisdom; act as a guide and role model to help manage the CER Teams Flexibility in work schedule as referral source, patients and families may require after hours and weekend consultations Utilize customer relationship management software and other tools provided to effectively manage accounts and performance.
