Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar in King of Prussia is looking for a passionate, high-energy Sous Chef to help lead a fast-paced, polished kitchen focused on great food, strong culture, and exceptional hospitality.
We're looking for someone who leads from the front, thrives under pressure, and knows how to motivate a team while maintaining high culinary standards.
Support daily kitchen operations alongside the Executive Chef
Lead and develop the kitchen team
Drive food quality, consistency, and execution
Manage inventory, prep, food safety, and kitchen organization
Help create a positive, high-performing team culture
Previous kitchen leadership experience
Strong line and high-volume experience
Organized, dependable, and hands-on leadership style
Passion for hospitality and team development

Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
Bending/stooping/kneeling required frequently
Routine standing for duration of shift
Safely maneuvering the following types of equipment or machinery: hand cart, blenders, knives, slices, wine keys and other tools provided to complete work
Scheduled shifts determined by business needs
