What We Offer What We Offer Novant Health Apple & Wormer Plastic Surgery is seeking a new Physician Assistant for their growing Charlotte location. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team of 3 Physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers. This Role Offers a Dynamic Mix Of Full-time schedule: Monday - Friday No weekend or call coverage Collaborative team environment with surgeons and APPs Supporting continuity of care within the operating room including a post-operative follow-up in ambulatory clinic. Qualified Candidates Include Physician Assistants (Open to new graduated with surgical rotation experience) Responsibilities Rounding on surgical inpatients Evaluating and managing new surgical consults Assisting in the operating room, including scrubbing into surgical cases Supporting continuity of care within the outpatient setting This is a unique opportunity to help build and shape a growing specialty program while working alongside experienced surgeons in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Graduate of an NCCPA accredited Physician Assistant program required. Experience: Physician Assistant is experience preferred, but is not required. Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current PA license in appropriate state Required. NCCPA Certification and current DEA registry Required. Additional Skills Required: Ability to successfully complete generic and department‑specific skills validation and competency testing. Ability to work with management team and physicians; demonstrated customer service skills, interpersonal skills and communication skills.
