Global Partner Marketing Programs Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Global Partner Marketing Programs Manager based in the United States. This role leads global partner marketing programs designed to generate pipeline and accelerate growth across a broad partner ecosystem. You’ll develop scalable go-to-market programs that partners and regional teams can execute consistently across markets. The position combines demand generation, account-based marketing, partner activation, campaign strategy, and operational excellence. You’ll work closely with Partner Sales, Product Marketing, Field Programs, and regional marketing teams to turn global strategies into measurable commercial outcomes. A major focus will be building repeatable programs, improving partner adoption, and optimizing performance through data and ROI analysis. This is a remote-first opportunity suited to an experienced B2B marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment. Accountabilities: - Lead the development and global rollout of partner-led and partner-influenced go-to-market programs, including demand-generation campaigns, campaign toolkits, and repeatable pipeline plays. - Design scalable global programs that enable channel partners, global systems integrators, managed service providers, technology alliances, and cloud marketplace partners to generate qualified pipeline. - Partner with Product Marketing, Field Programs, Partner Sales, and regional teams to develop joint solution messaging, campaign kits, customer-facing assessments, workshops, and other marketing assets. - Develop and optimize global pipeline plays by monitoring partner adoption, pipeline contribution, campaign performance, and return on investment. - Lead account activation and account-based marketing initiatives in partnership with regional marketers and partner managers, using partner relationships to engage and unlock target accounts. - Design targeted account campaigns, joint executive briefings, account-mapped initiatives, and other programs designed to accelerate opportunities and strengthen partner-led engagement.

- Build standardized marketing kits, campaign frameworks, and processes that allow regional teams to adapt global programs efficiently while maintaining consistent brand and messaging standards. - Establish scalable operating processes that create a predictable partner demand-generation engine and support rapid growth. - Track partner marketing performance and use data to identify opportunities for optimization, increased adoption, and improved pipeline impact. - Coordinate multiple stakeholders and competing priorities across Sales, Partner teams, Marketing, and corporate functions to ensure smooth program execution. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - At least 8 years of experience in B2B partner/channel marketing, demand generation, or related go-to-market marketing functions. - Proven experience designing and executing multi-channel demand-generation campaigns and account-based marketing strategies across partner ecosystems. - Strong understanding of channel sales models, partner marketing, pipeline tracking, attribution, and full-funnel performance measurement. - Familiarity with partner ecosystems including channel partners, global systems integrators, managed service providers, cloud marketplaces, and cloud service providers. - Demonstrated ability to translate global marketing strategies into actionable programs that regional teams can execute effectively. - Strong cross-functional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced and globally distributed environment. - Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environments is preferred. - Background in cybersecurity, cloud security, or a related technology market is advantageous.
