Email Marketing Manager

Seeking a full-time Email Marketing Manager to remotely grow, engage, and optimize a newsletter audience across a portfolio of B2B media brands, focusing on building lifecycle programs, improving subscriber engagement, and leveraging data for strategic recommendations. Key responsibilities Build and optimize subscriber acquisition, engagement, retention, reactivation, and win-back programs across multiple newsletter audiences Develop lifecycle email journeys for different subscriber cohorts, brands, and audience segments Monitor newsletter and lifecycle performance, identify trends, and recommend ways to improve engagement, retention, and revenue opportunities Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or audience development Experience managing email or newsletter programs with audiences of 100,000+ subscribers Hands-on experience building lifecycle programs, including automated journeys Proficiency with ESPs or marketing automation platforms such as Mailchimp or HubSpot Strong ability to translate email performance data into actionable recommendations for growth and engagement
