Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, ensuring clear understanding of their concerns and formulating appropriate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans using evidence-based modalities, providing individual, couples, family, and group therapy as required.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support, ensuring clients have access to the help they need during acute mental health emergencies.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and other relevant results.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care and address various aspects of clients’ well-being.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges, treatment strategies, and resources available within the community, acting as an advocate for their rights and needs.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of best practices and innovations in mental health therapy, participating in training sessions and workshops.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
