Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments through secure video conferencing to evaluate the needs of clients and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide various forms of counseling, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy, using evidence-based practices that fit client needs and preferences.

• Utilize digital tools to perform mental health screenings and assessments, identifying areas of concern and appropriate treatment pathways.

• Regularly meet with clients for therapy sessions, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations of their progress and circumstances.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with organizational and legal standards, ensuring confidential and accurate records.

• Engage in continued professional development and participate in team meetings to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.

• Contribute to organizational initiatives, collaborate with other healthcare professionals, and take on additional tasks as assigned by management.

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a varied client population comprised of individuals and families facing challenges related to mental health, including anxiety, depression, and co-occurring disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in fields such as Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LPCC), or Social Work (LCSW) is required.

• An active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
