Work Environment\n

This full-time position allows for remote work flexibility, enabling you to provide high-quality counseling services from the comfort of your home while still being part of a vibrant outpatient team in Huntington Beach. Our working hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life integration. We utilize a collaborative digital platform to facilitate communication and coordination among team members, ensuring that our clients receive comprehensive support tailored to their unique circumstances.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their emotional and psychological goals.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, using a variety of therapeutic modalities to address a wide range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal difficulties.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, and support staff, to create a holistic treatment approach that ensures clients benefit from coordinated care.

• Stay engaged in professional development through ongoing training and workshops, keeping abreast of the latest trends and evidence-based practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents and adults facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Our focus is to provide personalized care that addresses the specific circumstances and needs of each individual. You will play a crucial role in guiding clients on their journey towards recovery and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT license in California is required.
\n
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience working with clients dealing with emotional and mental health challenges.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong rapport and trust with clients quickly.

• Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems is highly preferred, though not mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working within a telehealth or remote counseling setting is appreciated, given the nature of our work environment.

• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and a strong grounding in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) are favorable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
