Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, primarily via telehealth, to address client needs and enhance emotional well-being.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Encourage open discussion of clients' emotions and experiences to promote self-awareness, resilience, and personal growth.

• Advocate on behalf of clients, helping them to articulate their needs and aspirations while navigating challenges during therapy.

• Implement solution-focused and evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's unique circumstances and preferences.

• Document client interactions thoroughly and accurately in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families facing a wide range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in California as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
