Biochemistry Expert for AI Model Training

Apply your biochemistry expertise to help train next-generation AI systems for life sciences applications. This remote contract opportunity centers on providing accurate, real-world scientific input that improves how AI models learn, reason, and perform. Prior AI experience is not required. Key Responsibilities

• Review complex biochemical datasets, research findings, and protocols, providing expert annotation and validation.
• Develop and refine biochemistry content, use cases, and scenarios for AI model training.
• Evaluate the scientific validity and clarity of biochemistry prompts, model outputs, and informational resources.
• Work with technical teams to turn domain expertise into actionable feedback for AI-system improvement.
• Identify knowledge gaps, ambiguities, and edge cases in biochemical content to strengthen model robustness.
• Communicate complex scientific concepts clearly in writing and verbally to support training processes.
• Participate in iterative reviews to maintain the accuracy and relevance of biochemistry inputs.

• Expertise in biochemistry.
• Advanced degree, such as a Master’s or PhD, in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of biochemical mechanisms, laboratory methods, and current scientific literature.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills for data interpretation and problem solving.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and detail.
• Experience with scientific publications, peer review, or educational content is preferred.
• Experience collaborating across disciplines, ideally in research, biotechnology, or health science projects, is preferred.
• Interest in technology and openness to applying domain knowledge in AI contexts.
