Key Responsibilities\n

• You will conduct comprehensive assessments to craft individualized treatment and care plans tailored to client needs.

• Engage with clients both virtually and over the phone, providing brief, focused interventions based on evidence-based practices.

• Monitor and guide clients through their therapeutic journey, ensuring access to applicable resources and support systems.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance the quality of care provided to clients and their families.

• Participate in crisis intervention when necessary, evaluating risks and implementing safety protocols.

• Document all client interactions and progress meticulously to maintain a high standard of care and compliance with ethical guidelines.

• Be on-call as needed, providing after-hours support to clients as required by caseload.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Mindful Transcendence offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
