Dental Receptionist - Advanced Endodontic Specialists

We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dedicated team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional patient experience while supporting the smooth operation of our state-of-the-art endodontic specialty practice.


We are dedicated to saving teeth, relieving pain, and delivering elite patient care in a collaborative, highly organized environment where every team member is valued. Schedule: Full Time, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday from 7:45AM to 5PM


Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
• Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
• Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
• Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
• Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
• Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications

The salary range for this role is $22-$24 per hour.
