With a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 104,000 annually, this position also includes a SIGN-ON BONUS to attract top talent.

Work Environment\n

As a remote worker, you will benefit from a flexible scheduling system with options for 4x10 or 5x8 shifts during business hours between 8 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic support through psychotherapy or counseling to individuals, couples, families, or groups, helping them navigate mental health challenges.

• Conduct in-depth interviews to gather and assess social, personal, and health-related information essential for developing effective treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based methodologies to evaluate and address behavioral health issues, contributing to improved patient outcomes.

• Coordinate and design programs that target clients' social and emotional requirements, ensuring holistic care.

• Facilitate interventions in cases of crisis, offering immediate support and making referrals to community resources when necessary.

• Build therapeutic alliances characterized by trust and respect, recognizing the importance of a supportive client-practitioner relationship.

• Evaluate and document the effectiveness of treatment processes, making necessary adjustments to ensure client progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily work with a diverse clientele facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, substance abuse, family dynamics, grief, and other emotional challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary between USD 85,000 and USD 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
