Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruiter review of all new applicants

• Provide assistance with candidate sourcing and screening

• Coordinate interviews between candidate and hiring manager and/or TAM

• Update and maintain ATS

• Provide administrative support throughout the hiring process

• Ensure new hire profiles are accurate

  • Accrual profile

  • Schedule group

  • Required documents completed

  • Employee photo is uploaded

  • Chain of command is assigned properly

• Attend any and all virtual career fairs (in-person career fairs based on location)

• Engage in the development of Nurture Campaigns with TAM

• Follow-up with pending hires

• Generate leads using social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

• Other duties as assigned

• Must be located within the the assigned market

• Bachelor's in Business Administration or similar field strongly preferred

• 1+ year(s) of Talent Acquisition/ Recruiting experience preferred

• A willingness to learn and a passion to grow within a company

• Highly motivated and a self-starter

• Must have a reliable computer and internet access, along with a quiet space to conduct work from your home.
