Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients’ mental health needs, collaboratively developing tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver a variety of evidence-based therapeutic services, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, tailored to the unique needs of individuals, families, and groups.

• Coordinate care by collaborating with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care strategies.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during emergency situations, employing de-escalation techniques and resources available within the telehealth framework.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives, including virtual workshops and educational sessions, aimed at promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, including those with varying degrees of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. In this role, you will be expected to apply culturally competent practices to build rapport and effectively address the needs of all individuals. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
