Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns and establish individualized treatment plans.

• Engage clients in interactive therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction.

• Support clients through various life transitions by facilitating discussions around personal development, self-awareness, and inner happiness.

• Document client progress and treatment outcomes systematically using electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure that care is coordinated and outcomes are measurable.

• Participate in regular training and development sessions to stay current on best practices and enhance counseling techniques.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Current and valid State licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a counseling or therapeutic setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
