Job SummaryPerforms a wide variety of basic credit and collection functions.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesReviews and monitors credit sources, credit files, customer applications and delinquent accounts.Obtains required information from credit organizations, banks and loan associations.Maintains records on credit risks, delinquent accounts and incomplete files.Mails follow-up letters to customers to encourage payment of delinquent accounts.Confers with customers by telephone in attempt to determine reason for overdue payment, and reviews terms of sales, service, or credit contract with customer.Receives and posts payments on customer accounts.Records information about financial status of customer and status of collection efforts.Sorts and files correspondence.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED (accredited).4 years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement).Physical RequirementsRepetitive MotionsEye/Hand/Foot CoordinationSittingTalkingHearingOffice: This job primarily operates in a professional office environment and routinely requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, etc.Pay: The expected base pay range for this on-site position is $25.00 - $28.00. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
