Pure Essence Gynecology Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Women's Health Nurse Practitioner to join our full-time team in Atlanta, Georgia. This role is primarily focused on providing comprehensive care to our diverse patient population within an outpatient setting. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments by obtaining detailed patient histories, performing physical examinations, and ordering necessary diagnostic tests and screenings tailored to women's health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients while managing chronic and stable medical conditions, following evidence-based protocols in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Provide both routine and acute care, including the performance of non-invasive and invasive procedures, such as biopsies and minor surgical interventions when required.
• Function autonomously in decision-making regarding patient management, and engage in collaborative discussions with attending physicians and healthcare team members as appropriate for complex cases.
• Serve as a mentor and resource for nursing staff, residents, and other healthcare providers, sharing knowledge to enhance overall clinical practice and patient care quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will interact with a diverse clientele, including adolescent girls, pregnant women, and elderly patients, addressing a wide range of health concerns from reproductive health to menopause management. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that each patient receives personalized care that meets their unique physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, contributing to their overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Nursing, Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), or a PhD from an accredited institution.
• Valid and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner and RN licenses.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) offered by the American Heart Association.
• DEA certification to be obtained within three months of hire, necessary for managing controlled substances.
• Strong clinical skills with a minimum of one year of direct experience in an outpatient setting, focusing on Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, with a proven capacity to interact with a range of healthcare professionals and patients.
• Demonstrated ability to function independently with strong organizational and self-management skills.
• Adaptability to assist colleagues and patients in managing stress and providing support in challenging situations.
• A willingness to contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in clinical outcomes reporting.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a clinical role that included triage and direct patient care.
• Involvement in clinical quality improvement programs or initiatives that focus on elevating care standards within women's health.
• Advanced training or certifications specific to women’s health areas that can broaden the scope of practice.

Compensation and Benefits
