Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources, forming the basis for effective treatment planning.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions rooted in established therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that address each client's unique needs, objectives, and mental health goals.

• Maintain continuous collaboration with your treatment team to ensure a cohesive approach to client care, periodically reviewing and updating treatment plans as needed.

• Conduct crisis interventions, risk assessments, and comprehensive safety planning to support clients in acute distress.

• Document all interactions and treatment progress according to ethical guidelines and legal requirements, ensuring complete transparency and continuity of care.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation workshops aimed at enhancing clients' coping mechanisms and knowledge about mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
