Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct video chat counseling sessions, delivering ethical and empathetic mental health support to clients during their times of need.

• Perform thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans to promote their well-being.

• Equip clients with essential coping strategies, problem-solving skills, and improved communication techniques, enabling them to navigate life's challenges more effectively.

• Engage in ongoing evaluations of client progress to ensure the effectiveness of treatment plans, adjusting them as necessary based on emerging needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults who seek support for a variety of mental health issues. By creating a safe and secure environment for individuals in need, you will foster trust and openness, allowing them to share their experiences and work towards achieving their mental health goals. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Current unconditional state license in one of the following: LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD .

• Ability to work independently without supervision and maintain a clean disciplinary record.
\n
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, coupled with a proficiency in using online counseling tools and technology.

• Requirements include a stable internet connection, enabling reliable video streaming for telehealth sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing telehealth services, with a knack for engaging clients through digital platforms.

• Demonstrated history of developing successful treatment plans that have effectively improved patient outcomes.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, etc.) is a plus.
