You will help identify emerging industries and account segments that represent the next opportunities for accelerated pipeline growth.
Using market data and sales insights, you’ll develop targeted programs that connect with buyers and generate measurable business results.
The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across events, digital campaigns, executive engagements, and account-based activations.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Sales Leadership, Channel, and other marketing teams to turn growth opportunities into scalable programs.
A strong systems mindset and comfort with AI and modern marketing technology will help you streamline operations and improve campaign effectiveness.

• Identify emerging industries, verticals, and account segments with strong growth potential by analyzing sales data, product marketing insights, and external market signals.
• Develop focused field marketing strategies designed to accelerate pipeline growth within priority growth verticals.
• Build and execute targeted programs such as executive roundtables, industry-specific digital campaigns, intimate customer events, and account-based activations.
• Partner closely with Sales and Sales Leadership to align field marketing initiatives with commercial priorities and generate qualified pipeline.
• Collaborate with Channel teams to leverage partner networks and extend regional reach through scalable, partner-supported programs.
• Develop standardized “event-in-a-box” frameworks, templates, and processes that enable consistent, high-quality execution across the broader marketing organization.
• Manage field marketing initiatives end-to-end, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution and operational detail.
• Maximize the value of marketing technology and AI tools to reduce administrative work, surface actionable insights, improve lead management, and accelerate sales follow-up.
• Work with platforms such as Salesforce, event management systems, outreach tools, and related technologies to improve program efficiency and effectiveness.
• Continuously identify opportunities to simplify workflows, automate repetitive activities, and create repeatable systems for field marketing operations.
• Measure program performance using pipeline, cost, conversion, and velocity metrics, translating results into actionable recommendations.
• Communicate growth strategies and program proposals effectively to senior sales and marketing stakeholders and secure cross-functional buy-in.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in Field Marketing, with a strong track record of independently owning strategy and execution from planning through measurement.
• Demonstrated experience building and managing field marketing programs that generated measurable pipeline and business results.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing, sales alignment, pipeline generation, and account-based engagement strategies.
• A centralized, “hub” mentality with the ability to connect growth signals, field activities, operational processes, and priorities across multiple verticals.
• Strong systems and process mindset, with a natural ability to identify inefficiencies and create scalable workflows, templates, and repeatable processes.
• Practical knowledge of AI, Salesforce, event platforms, outreach tools, and other modern marketing technologies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop a compelling growth strategy for Sales Leadership and then personally execute the associated programs.
• Excellent relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly when partnering with Sales teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical capabilities and comfort working with marketing and sales data, including spreadsheets, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and performance analysis.
• Fluency in metrics such as sourced pipeline, cost per opportunity, conversion rates, and conversion velocity.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to operational detail and hands-on execution.
• Willingness to continuously explore new technology and AI-enabled approaches to improve marketing effectiveness.
