Director, Business Development - Enterprise Soultions

Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Director of Business Development to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in enterprise and national account markets. This role is responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strategic customer relationships, and developing energy, infrastructure, and facility solutions that deliver long-term value.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities with enterprise and strategic accounts.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and industry relationships.
Establish relationships with executive-level decision-makers and serve as a trusted, consultative advisor.
Lead the full business development cycle, from prospecting through proposal, negotiation, and contract execution.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and compelling business cases.
Monitor market trends, identify growth opportunities, and expand into new markets.
Represent the Company at industry events and maintain accurate CRM and pipeline records.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
7+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, national account management, or strategic accounts.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and securing new business.
Strong executive-level relationship-building, consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with CRM systems and pipeline management tools.

Preferred Experience

Experience selling EV charging, fleet electrification, commercial or industrial lighting, electrical infrastructure, or energy solutions.
Knowledge of EV charging technologies, LED lighting, lighting controls, utility incentives, or energy efficiency solutions.
Existing relationships within national retail, transportation, fleet, utility, commercial real estate, data center, logistics, or manufacturing industries.
Experience selling turnkey, project-based solutions.

Schedule & Travel
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
Up to 40% travel.
