About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Human Resources to join their executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be a strategic and business-focused leader, responsible for driving the people and organizational agenda to support business performance. This role demands a deep understanding of the interplay between strategy, structure, leadership, and culture, and the ability to foster a high-performance, accountable, and innovative work environment. Key responsibilities include executive coaching, workforce planning, organizational design, and leading transformation initiatives to enhance agility and productivity. The VP of HR will also be instrumental in talent management, succession planning, and championing a culture of continuous improvement and leadership at all levels.
