Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to establish individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions using modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with a diverse multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to deliver holistic care that addresses the complex needs of our clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed about current research, attending workshops, and integrating new skills and methodologies into practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and groups facing a variety of emotional and psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on caseload and clinical experience.
